Visitors & Volunteers

Volunteers are needed for a variety of activities. It is important that volunteers communicate with their child's teacher or the office staff at least 24 hours prior to coming to volunteer to ensure that there is work arranged and prepared for you. If this is not done, it is probable that the teacher, who would greatly appreciate your help, will have to turn down the offer to help.  All volunteers/visitors must check into the school office when they arrive (and depart), in order to get a volunteer badge.  

Volunteers must complete a new Volunteer Liability Release & Agreements form every school year. Forms must be completed and submitted to our office. Photo identification (driver's license, etc.) MUST be presented at the time of submission. Please allow two weeks for approval before volunteering.
