What is elac?
English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC) promotes a meaningful connection between parents/guardians of English learners and school personnel. The main purpose is to create a forum for open, culturally responsive exchanges on topics important to parents and guardians of English learners and recently redesignated English proficient students.
