Bus Evacuation Drill

Please utilize the attached drill template to prepare your schedules. Please keep the following in mind:

Maximum capacity of standard size school bus is 65
Two busses will be sent for each scheduled day
Drills will begin no earlier than 9:15 a.m.
Evacuation drills must be complete by 1:15 p.m. allowing drivers to make their afternoon runs
TK and Kinder classes should be allotted 45 minutes to drill
Grades 1-8 may be scheduled in 30 minute blocks
Drivers will break at 11:05 -11:25 a.m.
Drivers do not require the lunch break, though your student lunch schedule will need to be accommodated
